Programme Description

This course is intended for young professionals aged 30-35 years old deemed capable of influencing their communities and able to stand out as future leaders in their chosen professions.

Training Objective/s

Sessions were developed to motivate and equip young professionals in this age group currently in a position of influence to become trailblazing leaders.

Outcome

At the end of this program, participants will

Gain a personal perspective future role as leaders in their respective communities and workplaces.
Value the understanding of their dual role as servant-leader
Develop leadership skills in managing work and people
Become a mentor-coach in their chosen profession and communities
