Our Programs
The Young Leader’s Development (YLD) program is designed for high school and university students aged 14-24. It is offered in three, six-month, and three-year durations. The program aims to help the trainees to discover their personal identity, life purpose, and values. It also focuses on character development, cultural literacy, and leadership skills. The trainees go through training, counseling, coaching, mentoring, project work, and internships as part of the program.
The Shaped-Teen Program (STP) equips teenagers (14-17) with essential life skills to become confident and independent. teenagers learn to lead themselves effectively and develop the tools needed to navigate real-life challenges.
The Thrive-Youth Program (TYP) empowers university students (aged 18-25) to become well-rounded leaders by focusing on three key areas: self-leadership, career preparation, and responsible leadership.
The Pro-Boost Program (PBP) empowers recent graduates (25-30) to excel in their careers. This program provides them with the essential skills they need to succeed in the professional world and develop their business acumen.
Sphere influencer(SIP), empowers emerging leaders to become ethical, servant-hearted changemakers. Targeting young professionals (27-35) in leadership positions, the program equips them to drive justice, stability, prosperity, and positive transformation within their spheres of influence.
