Program Summary

SHAPED-TEENS is a 3-part Personal Leadership Program for teenagers age 14-17 in secondary schools. People in this age group are commonly characterized as innocent yet inquisitive about life, adventurous, experiencing identity crises, have deep desire to be independent, at times aimless requiring guidance yet others have intense need to discover their future and their destiny on their own. SHAPED-TEENS program will address these issues to grow, shape and ground teenagers into well-rounded individuals able to manage and self-lead well. The training program includes practical discussions, self-expression, effective communication, individual/group projects, camping, coaching and mentoring.

The SHAPED-TEENS will be conducted for three-semester (as an after-school programs, weekend school program or summer school program).

Training Outcome/s

Teenagers equipped with skills and manage and lead themselves well. 

Learning Objective

Praticipants will learn, examine and apply principles of personal identify, health personal habits, personal development, and servant-Leadership. 

SHAPED-TEEN 101 – Participants will apply principles of self-identification and character-formation

SHAPED-TEEN 102 – Participants will develop and build transferable skills to Self-Lead

SHAPED-TEEN 103 – Participants will develop analytical skills in managing time, assets, relationships and his team.
