Program Summary

Thrive is a 3-part progressive training program designed for young people 18-25 years old. It is a holistic personal development training plan to encourage young people to think critically, discover themselves as they acquire basic life skills, cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, accept and manage personal responsibilities; and develop healthy relationships.

Characteristics needed for personal development as effective leaders will also be discussed. This program involving practical personal/group project, camping, leading, coaching and mentoring activities can be completed in 3 separate three-week programs for students attending tertiary education.

Training Outcomes

Participants will,

  • Develop appreciation for self-identification and continues personal evaluation.
  • Develop personal, relational, social and professional skills as they discover their life calling.
  • Understand and apply effective decision-making process in daily situations.
  • Develop a small business plan using sound business development strategy.
  • Commit to strengthening the foundation of their social/personal and family relationships and values.
  • Cultivate the role and temperament of servanthood, coach and mentor as they assume leadership roles in their respective social and community settings.

 At the end of the program, participants will develop relational and leadership skills to preparation for future Leadership Roles

Thrive-Youth 103

At the end of the program, participants will develop people development skills to empower and raise other leaders.
