Young Leaders Development


The Young Leader’s Development (YLD) program is Rejoice Africa's Long term program designed for high school and university students aged 14-24. It is offered in three, six-month, and three-year durations. The program aims to help the trainees to discover their personal identity, life purpose, and values. It also focuses on character development, cultural literacy, and leadership skills. The trainees go through training, counseling, coaching, mentoring, project work, and internships as part of the program.

This Young Leaders Development program is a three month program which will be held at the RA Center and is designed for Christian high school students to cultivate their spiritual and personal growth emphasizing faith, leadership and service. The program will take place every Saturday morning from 3:00-5:00 LT offering a comprehensive curriculum that explores crucial topics:

> Christians and the Digital World

> Trauma Healing

> Self-Control

Essay Instruction

Please answer the following questions together in one essay: how my faith has shaped my understanding of leadership and service, how my faith community has influenced my personal values and goals, and what it means to be a spiritual leader in today’s world.
